How do I pay for the course?

Can I enroll over the phone?

Absolutely. I take Visa and MasterCard. Just call 1 866 506-1999.

My PayPal receipt says my product will be shipped. What does this mean?

It means PayPal doesn't understand ecommerce. They use the same language for brick and mortar businesses and Internet vendors. I've contacted them to point out that lots of net businesses--like Apollo Classes--work completely online. So their language is confusing. They're referring this issue to their technicians.

All your classes and tests are online. No class material is shipped or mailed to you. Not only is this more convenient for you--it also allows me to give you the lowest prices!

Do I have a time limit in which to complete the courses?

No. That's the beauty of home study. You can do it at your own pace.

Do I have a time limit in which to complete the test?

No.

What happens if I miss too many questions? Am I allowed to take the test over?

This happens very rarely. But if you do miss too many, you can take the test over.

How soon after I take my test can I expect to hear from you?

Usually within an hour, often more quickly. Remember I'm in California so if you take the test in New York at 9 AM, I'm probably still asleep.

How soon after I take the test can I expect to get my certificate?

I e-mail your certificate the same day if I receive the test by 8:30 pm Pacific time.

I see you e-mail certificates the same day. Can I get a certificate mailed to me if I need an original?
